매입매출 장부 문의

안녕하세요?

1인 사업을 하고있고 제조업에 종사하고 있습니다.

거래업체가 늘어나다보니 매입매출 및 외상매입, 외상매출 관리가 안되서

저만의 장부를 만들어 볼까해서 문의드립니다.

 

매입은 세금계산서 내용을 그대로 옮기면 되고

매출에서 거래명세서나 청구서를 작성하면 매출로 표시되게 하고

거래명세서나 청구서를 수정하면 반영이 되게 하고 싶습니다.

대금지급하면 외상매입에 반영되고

대금수금하면 외상매출에 반영는 것까지만 하면 될듯합니다.

 

통계는 

년도별, 분기별, 월별, 일별, 업체별로 매입매출을 보여주고 

엑셀파일로 저장해서 세무사사무실에 보낼수 있게 하면 좋겠습니다.

물론 프린트도 되야겠죠.

현재 제가 쓰고있는 견적서양식이 있는데 이 양식을 사용할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.

 

이렇게 했을때 

시간과 비용을 알고싶습니다.

조그만 사업체라 비용이 많이들면 다시 고민좀 해봐야 할듯한데...ㅠㅠ
