안녕하세요
(주)에이치엔제이라는 업체입니다.
저희 업체는 판매사원들이 600명 이상이 근무하고 있습니다.
이 직원들의 판매수당이 개인으로 집계되는것이 아니라 지점으로 판대수당이 책정되면
이걸 저희가 개인별 평가로 나눠서 개인으로 풀어서 지급해줘야 하는 형태입니다.
마스터 파일은 3가지로 되어 있고 파일에 시트마다 직책이 있는데 직책에 맞게끔 들어가줘야 되며
근무일수 0일과 1일이후 입사자에 대해서는 국민연금 및 장애자분담금은 제외되어야 하고
지점이동이 있다보니 합쳐줘야 하는 것도 필요하고 손이 많은 가는 작업들이 많습니다.
그래서 자동화를 하고 싶고 파일은 올리기가 힘들어 방문 컨설팅을 요청드리고 싶습니다.
1. 급여자동화
2. 지점으로 들어오는 금액을 평가에 따라 개인별 지급
3. 각종 평가 자동화
4. 완료된 마스터 파일 3개를 가지고 별도 연차분리하는 마스터(연차분리) 3개 자동화
이런 파일들의 자동화가 필요합니다.
