3.제작 요청사항
- 업무종류: 차량 번호판 사진과 입출차 내역만을 갖고 이름 주소 미납내역 주차사진 등의 내용을
고지서로 작성
- 기존방식: 한글파일로 차량번호와 입출차 내역(주차들어오고 나간시간) 만을 갖고 한글파일로
사진도 붙이고 내용을 일일이 수작업 / 주차차단봉으로 차량을 제어하는 방식이 아니라
주차구획을 정해놓고 구획 뒤에 번호판 인식 카메라로만 (무인) 주차차량을 관리
- 내부사정: 제가 아니라 제 옆에서 근무하는 직원이 위업무를 맡아 하고있는데 이분이 맨날 퇴근을 안하십니다…
하루 열두시간이상은 이수작업하느라 밥도 잘못드시고 웃으면서 일하세요.. ㅠㅠ 워낙 긍정적이긴하지만
골칫거리 업무 독박쓰는거 같아서 너무 불쌍해서 제가 꼭 방법 찾아보겠다고 했거든요…
운영하는 공영주차장은 30개가 넘구여 그중에 한곳이 저럽니다 골칫거리라 아무도 못건들이다가 통제가 안되 이미 몇천개가 쌓엿고 이분이 거절을 못하셔서 혼자 독박 쓰시는것 같아요..
저희는 지방구청 산하 공단이라 환경이 너무 열악합니다. 예산도 적어서 이방식을 바꾸기는 힘들어
몇년째 위방식으로 수기작업을 해왔더라구요 꼭 당첨되어 동료를 돕고싶습니다!!!
* 지금 퇴근해서 첨부파일은 힘든데 내일이라도 올릴수있는데…. 이벤트 기한이 오늘이라 급하게 올려봅니다
