전자신문 2014년 9월 21일자 신문 잘 보았습니다. 많은 고민중에 이렇게 이벤트 신청드립니다. 부디 영업을 위한 개발 목적으로 업무에 대한 프로세스나 요청사항이 활용되지 않기를 바라며 정말 절실히 도움을 요청드립니다..
1. 업종 : 사회복지시설(노인요양원)
2. 예산 : 없음(정부지원 확정후 일부 본인부담금은 가능)
3. 제작요청 사항
1) 업무 프로세스
- 어르신 입소, 퇴소 : 입소 일자, 시간 각각 상이하며 일자, 시간에 따라 입소비용 계산이 달라짐
- 매월 일수, 등급, 본인부담률 에 따라 각각 청구금액이 다름, 미수납금도 관리해야 함.
- 중간에 입원, 퇴원, 외박,외출에 따라 일할계산하여 입소비용 계산
- 중간에 등급(1~5등급), 상태(일반,감경,기초)가 변경되면 변경된 날부터는 입소비용이 달라짐
- 청구는 현재입소자만 ...관리는 퇴소자까지...
- 각각 병의원 방문, 약값등이 개별마다 상이함. 청구시 약값도 청구 수납해야함
- 각각 납부내역서, 약값 내역서, 인쇄하여야 함
- 퇴소시 퇴소정산서(퇴소일자까지의 본인부담금, 약값 등) 인쇄
2) 기존 업무방식
- 일부 엑셀 함수를 이용한 수작업
3) 자동화 하고 싶은 업무 - 아래 참조
