업무자동화 _ LOT부여
안녕하세요,
맞춤엑셀을 결제하여 인천위생안전과버전( Ver 5.0.1 )과 생산 및 원료수불, 재고 관리 프로그램(LOT번호, 선입선출, 동시공유)
두 가지를 사용해보았습니다.
인천위생안전과 버전이 기존에 관리하던 서류와 내용이 비슷하고, 작성도 더 편리하여 이대로 사용하고 싶으나, LOT기록이 되지 않아 불편함을 겪고 있습니다.
저희는 원재료를 입고하여 액상차, 침출차 등의 제품을 생산하고 있기 때문에 원재료에 로트번호를 부여하고,
심지어는 반제품을 생산하여 반제품에 로트를 새로 부여하기도 합니다.
또한 최종 생산한 제품에도 로트 번호를 부여하여 납품처로 판매하면서 재고를 관리하고 있습니다.
인천위생안전과 버전에 LOT를 부여하여 선입선출을 관리할 수 있도록 하고 싶습니다.
동시공유 기능은 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 배합 정보 - 원료 배합 비율 계산 자동화
4. 원재료 입출고 - LOT 부여
5. 제품 생산 - LOT 부여
6. 제품 판매 - LOT 관리 (재고 파악)
7. 생산 일지 - 원료 투입 비율 입력 및 LOT 번호 부여
8. 원료 수불대장 - LOT 확인
9. 거래내역
현재의 인천위생과 버전에 LOT 부여 및 이력 관리 기능만 더해지면 좋을 것 같습니다.
