1)업무흐름 및 기존 업무방식
수십여개 제조사와 1천가지 이상의 품목을 취급하는 온라인 업체입니다. 현재는 주간/월간 판매량을 눈으로 보며 각 제조사 별로 눈으로 보고 예상 판매수량을 발주하고 있습니다.
2)자동화하고 싶은 업무
* 제조사 검색 시 일주일 / 월 기준에 따라 자동으로 발주 추천수량 및 금액 산출 → 발주단위 기반(파렛트, 박스 등 자사기 미리 입력하는 기준대로)
* 일주일 / 월별 판매량 입력 시 발주가 필요한 제조사 별 품목 도출(재고부족경고)* 추천수량을 참고하면서 원하는 수량 입력 후 간단한 발주서 생성(정양식 필요없음)
* 전 제품 데이터 입력 후 검색방식과 체크박스 등의 기능을 통해 관리품목과 비관리품목 설정
